A naturally occurring mutation of Monstera deliciosa that features fantastically variegated foliage, Thai Constellation has been called the "Queen of Houseplants." As eye-catching as it is easy-to-grow if you have a warm, bright spot, no houseplant collection is complete without this beauty. True to its South American roots, it prefers warm, humid conditions and lots of light (preferably within 3 ft. of a large, unobstructed east- or west-facing window). As with many other plants in the aroid family (Araceae), the more sunlight it gets, the faster your Thai Constellation Monstera is perfect for indoors and it will grow. Grow it vertically up a totem for larger leaves. Water as the top half of the potting mix dries to the touch. This item features our unique self-watering planter. The Wick & Grow self-watering system is based on a specially designed blue-and-white Waterwick (it looks like a string) that serves like a straw for your plant. As your plant roots drink water from the potting soil, the Waterwick draws that same amount of moisture up from a water reservoir below the pot. Add water by holding the lip of the reservoir pot and twisting to lift the grower pot out; the wick will automatically deliver the right amount of moisture to the soil.
