Flex Seal Black is a rubberized sealant coating that sprays on as a liquid, seeps deep into cracks and holes, and dries to a watertight, flexible rubber barrier. This 14 oz. aerosol can covers approximately 12 sq. ft. and is sized for gutters, downspouts, flashing, planters, RV seams and small roof repairs, where a brush would be difficult to work in. Spray it on wood, metal, tile, concrete, masonry, fabric, glass, plastic, aluminum, porcelain, drywall and rubber. Apply in multiple thin, even coats, letting each coat dry before adding the next. The coating dries to the touch in 2 to 3 hours and fully cures in 24 to 48 hours, and once cured it dries to a satin black finish that can be painted with a high-quality latex paint. Flex Seal withstands temperatures from minus 20°F to 140°F, so it will not sag or drip in summer heat or crack and peel through winter, and it helps protect metal surfaces from rust and corrosion. It withstands normal hydrostatic water pressure. Apply to wet or dry surfaces in temperatures between 0°F and 100°F.
