Flex Seal Liquid White is liquid rubber in a can. Brush it, roll it, dip it or pour it anywhere you need a watertight, flexible coating, and it dries to a strong rubberized barrier that seals out water, air and moisture. This 2.5 gal. container covers approximately 375 sq. ft., which suits full roof coatings, large decks, foundations and commercial-scale sealing jobs. For roofing, apply 2 to 3 coats with a 3/4 in. nap roller. When pouring, apply no more than a 1/4 in. layer at a time and build in multiple thin coats, since a single thick layer will cure only on the outer surface. Flex Seal Liquid withstands temperatures from minus 80°F to 350°F and resists rain, snow, sun, hail, UV degradation, mildew and chemicals. It forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non-slip barrier that will not shrink or wash away, prevents rust and corrosion, and is safe to use around plants. It dries to a satin white finish, dries to the touch in 6 to 12 hours and fully cures within 24 to 48 hours. Apply at least 24 hours before heavy rain. Stir before use, do not shake, and do not dilute with solvents or water.
