Rubberseal began as a commercial waterproofing company - spray-applied systems for roofs, foundations, and industrial structures where seals have to hold. Rubberseal White brings that contractor-grade heritage to a bright, reflective coating built for roofs. White cures into one seamless, flexible elastomeric rubber membrane that bridges hairline cracks and seals out leaks - with a reflective white finish that bounces heat off the roof instead of absorbing it, helping surfaces stay cooler. It's ideal for flat and low-slope roofs, RV and mobile-home roofs, metal roofs, and EPDM, plus roof repairs, gutters, and downspouts. It also seals foundations, basements, decks, and concrete, and bonds to metal, wood, and masonry. Application is straightforward: water-based, low-VOC, non-toxic, and odorless, it rolls or brushes on cold - no mixing, no torching, no special ventilation gear. Apply between 50-95°F; it's flood-testable in about 24 hours and fully cures in roughly 72 hours at 70°F. Coverage runs approximately 32 sq. ft. per gallon at a full 40-mil waterproofing thickness, or up to 130-150 sq. ft. per gallon as a thinner protective coat. For projects with constant standing water - ponds, pools, and fountains - we recommend Rubberseal Black, our immersion-grade formula.
