Rubberseal started as a commercial waterproofing company - spray-applied systems for foundations, roofs, and industrial structures built to hold up where failure isn't an option. Rubberseal Gray delivers that contractor-grade protection in a clean, neutral finish. Gray cures into a single seamless, flexible rubber membrane that bridges hairline cracks and seals out leaks and moisture, with a neutral gray tone that blends into foundations, concrete, and outdoor surfaces instead of standing out. It's built for below-grade waterproofing - foundation walls, basements, footings, crawl spaces, and concrete block - and also protects roofs (including RV and mobile-home roofs), gutters, decks, and drainage. It bonds to concrete, metal, wood, and masonry. Application is easy: water-based, low-VOC, non-toxic, and odorless, it rolls or brushes on cold - no mixing or torching, no special ventilation gear. Apply between 50-95°F; the coating is flood-testable in about 24 hours and reaches full cure in roughly 72 hours at 70°F. Expect coverage of approximately 32 sq. ft. per gallon at a full 40-mil waterproofing build, or up to 130-150 sq. ft. per gallon as a thinner protective coat. For constant-immersion jobs like ponds, pools, and fountains, we recommend Rubberseal Black.
