A workstation sink is a prep surface as much as a basin, and the ledge along the rim is what makes that work: accessories sit on it and slide over the bowl, so cutting, draining and rinsing all happen in the same square foot rather than spreading across a counter. At 23 in. this is the middle size of the three, fitting a standard base cabinet without demanding the run a 27 in. bowl needs, and undermount fitting leaves the countertop edge uninterrupted so crumbs sweep straight in. The panel is 3 mm thick 304 stainless steel, around 50 percent thicker than most standard sinks, with R10 rounded corners that clean out without trapping residue. Thick rubber damping pads and a base coat cut running-water noise and limit condensation underneath. Multiple accessories come with it. Avoid sharp objects directly on the surface to prevent scratching. Color: Brushed 304 stainless steel.
