This Premium Access Control Composite Cable integrates four dedicated circuits into one plenum-rated assembly: 18/4C (Lock Power), 22/3PR OAS Shielded (Card Reader), 22/2C (Door Contact), and 22/4C (Request-to-Exit). The shielded 22/3PR OAS reader pair provides EMI protection for Wiegand and OSDP data, while the remaining components support power and dry-contact signaling for access-controlled openings. Built with stranded bare copper conductors and UV-resistant CMP/CL3P/FT6 low-smoke PVC jackets, it meets NEC 725/800 requirements for plenum air-handling spaces and supports indoor/outdoor exposed conduit runs. The outer jacket is UV-stable and rain-resistant for outdoor service, but not rated for direct burial and not intended for continuous water submersion. Individual color-coded jackets (Gray/Orange/White/Blue/Green) follow standard access control conventions, improving field identification, reducing errors, and speeding panel terminations. The round "Banana-Peel" composite structure allows fast separation of the sub-cables without tools, improving routing in conduit, raceways, riser sleeves, control cabinets, and retrofit environments. Materials are RoHS compliant, engineered for flexibility in low-voltage pulls, and selected to minimize signal loss, making the cable suitable for maglocks, REX devices, door contacts, card readers, audit-controlled hardware, and security panels in offices, schools, hospitals, retail, industrial, and smart building applications.
