This value bulk soil pallet contains 65 cu. ft. of soil to tackle large in-ground or outdoor container planting projects. This cactus soil feeds plants for up 6 months and features a fast-draining formula. Fortified with iron and Miracle-Gro Plant Food, to prevent leaf yellowing and other common nutritional deficiencies found in cactus, palm, citrus and succulents. To use in-ground, create a hole for your plant. Blend a 50:50 mix of soil with native soil and build a mound in the hole. Score your plant's roots (cut down the sides and bottom to loosen the root ball) and plant in the hole. Water your plant. To use in an outdoor container, start with a pot with a drainage hole and fill 1/3 full with soil. Place the root ball of your plant in the soil and add more mix. Press lightly; water the plant and let drain. Pallet comes with 65 cu. ft. bags of soil; each covers up to a 24-inch wide hole for planting trees or larger plants in ground or fill two 12-inch containers (amounts may vary based on the size of the root ball).
