Tekton electronic torque wrenches have simple controls and straightforward operation. The large, clearly-labeled buttons, backlit LCD with bold fonts, and real-time sensory feedback from lights, beep patterns, and handle vibrations help you easily use the torque wrench. Sound and vibrations can be turned off, but lights are always enabled. The torque wrench has three measurement modes: torque, angle, and torque + angle. An onboard gyroscope allows the ratcheting action to accumulate the total angle in multiple steps. Using an off-axis tool such as a crowfoot wrench or torque adapter can change the effective length of the torque wrench. By entering a length offset, the torque wrench will calculate the necessary torque conversion. You can save up to 10 presets and assign them to ordered slots. Each preset stores your measurement mode, target value, and unit. Additional features include saved history for the last 50 measurements, a shortcut to recall the last peak measurement, calibration reminders, over-torque warnings, auto-shutoff, and a total cycle counter. The wrench is accurate within ±2% for torque and ±1% for angle and is calibrated to the ISO torque standard. This wrench includes a case, a serialized certificate of calibration, and a 1/2 to 3/8 inch drive reducer. The electronic torque wrench is powered by 3x AA batteries (not included with the product). Material: Chrome-Plated Steel.
